Friday- White Chili, Green Salad, and Breadsticks - Pillsbury Fast and Healthy Cookbook
Saturday- Chicken Stir-Fry, Rice - The Best Light Recipe Cookbook
Sunday- Turkey Chili and cornbread. A cross between this and this recipe, or maybe this recipe.
